Have you ever felt a longing for a deeper connection with God in your life? This question led me to seek spiritual direction about seven years ago, when I experienced a quiet ache for something more. I was faithful in my spiritual life, yet parts of it felt heavy, dry, and repetitive. I began to seek a more intentional way to notice and respond to God’s presence in the midst of everyday life.

Through receiving spiritual direction, I discovered the gift of being deeply listened to—of becoming more aware of how God was already present and gently at work within my story. This experience continues to influence how I accompany others, and it remains a privilege to witness how God meets each person in profoundly personal and meaningful ways.

As a spiritual director, I offer a prayerful, attentive presence—creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, and be truly heard without judgment. My approach is gentle and contemplative, listening with you for the subtle movements of the Spirit and the invitations arising within your life.

Drawing on my background in counselling, spiritual care, coaching, and leadership, I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to each conversation. I aim to create a space where you can honestly explore your questions and grow in awareness, freedom, and trust.

I value family, friendship, authenticity, creativity, and lifelong learning. In my free time, I enjoy experimenting with creative expression, reading, writing poetry, and cooking. I love going for walks, especially near water.
