We are delighted to remind you that our Twelfth Annual Partner Gathering is approaching. Each year, this time together deepens our awareness that we are connected in our shared humanity and in Christ. Your planning team has been preparing a weekend of community nourishment, reflection, and joy.

Travel can be part of the Gathering experience, and we warmly encourage carpooling as a way to journey together in community.
Registration is open from Monday, March 9th @ 5:00 AM (PT) until Thursday, April 30th @ 5:00 PM (PT).
Financial Support & Subsidy
We continue to be blessed by a generous donation that allows us to subsidize the actual cost of the retreat. At the same time, if you feel led, you may contribute toward the full cost by adding a donation on the registration form. Here is what the subsidy allows us to do:
- reduce the cost for all partners
- additionally reduce cost for shared households
- offer financial assistance to those who need it
We do not want finances to prevent anyone from attending. If you require support, please contact Helen confidentially at soulstream1@gmail.com and we will make a plan.

Accommodation & Rooming
To keep the Gathering affordable, this year we will have two partners per room unless you request and pay for a private room.
Sorrento Centre offers a variety of accommodations, including lodge rooms, apartment-style rooms and camping options. If we have an overflow of registrations, we will make use of the cabanas where you will need to bring your own bedding. We will notify you in advance if this applies to you.
If you plan to stay beyond the Gathering dates, please contact Eileen at 250‑675‑2421 ext. 106.
Room requests will be filled on a first-registered basis. If you have a preferred roommate, please indicate this on your registration. Otherwise, your roommates will be a joyous surprise.
Sorrento has two accessible lodge rooms. If you require a main-level room or have mobility concerns, please email Helen at soulstream1@gmail.com as well as indicating this on the space provided in the registration form.
Meals
Sorrento Centre accommodates the following dietary needs:
- dairy free
- lactose free
- gluten free
- nut allergies
If you have life‑threatening allergies, please indicate this on the registration form.
This year, you will register for meals individually.
Meals provided (if selected):
- Saturday: breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Sunday: breakfast
Note:
- No Friday supper is provided
- No Sunday lunch is provided
- If you plan to eat off-site with small groups, please arrange this ahead of time
- Meals not eaten are still charged to SoulStream, so please choose carefully
The Gathering officially begins at 7:00 pm on Friday, May 29th.

Registration is open from Monday, March 9th @ 5:00 AM (PT) until Thursday, April 30th @ 5:00 PM (PT). To register:
- Complete the online registration form below.
- You may save and continue later using the link provided at the bottom of each section.
- When finished, click “Register Now.”
- Send your payment via Interac e‑transfer to: soulstream1@gmail.com
- If you prefer cheque, please select “e‑transfer” on the form, then contact the Administrator after you have registered.
- You are not officially registered until payment is received.
